The portal is maintained by volunteers of the printing brigade. Members may subscribe to People's Bonds — certificates of material support — and exchange them for honours displayed beside their name in the reading room.

Exchange bonds for honours. Unlocked honours are yours permanently; equip the ones you wish to display beside your name in comments and, later, on the forums.
